There are so many different cultures throughout the world and each has its own unique set of traditions. The amount of information I came across was simply astounding (way too much for me to gather together for this web page). Besides, this subject is covered by many in such a wonderful way that it would simply be an injustice for me to try to improve on it. Therefore, this is mainly going to be a page of links to other pages on the Internet that describe the Christmas traditions in other countries. I can only hope you enjoy looking at the differences (and the similarities) of these different cultures as much as I do. For your information: The first section is a series of links to sites that are country specific. That is, they describe the Christmas traditions for a specific country. I tried to arrange these in alphabetical order according to country. The second section is a series of links to sites that describe the traditions for multiple countries, and they are in no specific order. |
